The Role
 
To respond, and where appropriate perform regulatory functions of a civil & criminal nature on a variety of matters and complaints relating to statutory nuisance. To include collecting and preparing evidence which will be presented it in court by the CER Officer.
To provide a timely response to complainants and victims of crime according to set protocols and procedures.
To provide advice and assistance for frontline staff and Partner Services with relation to forced access programme and its functions.
 
Apprenticeship Guidance Notes
 
To be eligible for a position on the Apprenticeship scheme you must

  •  Be over the age of 16 (there is no upper age limit)
  • Be a Lewisham borough resident (the electoral register will be used to verify this information) 
  • Have full residency entitlement, there must be no restrictions on your status in the UK (all successful candidates will need to produce their passport once a job offer is made)
  • Have the minimum number of qualifications required as stated in the relevant job description (all potential applicants will be expected to attend an initial assessment session).
 

All applicants have to complete an English and Maths assessment prior to interview, book yourself a place by emailing apprenticeship@lewisham.gov.uk

Assessment take place every Monday at 2.00pm and 3.00pm at the Civic Suite
